Pegasus Square Limited is a privately held, limited responsibility company incorporated under Hong Kong’s jurisdiction.

What information do we collect?
We strive to collect as little personal information as possible to guarantee the correct operation of our services.
On our website, we do not request any personal information.
Any in-app purchase is processed by the relevant platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play). No payment information is held by Pegasus Square Limited.
For technical purposes, we might collect device (e.g. mobile, tablet, computer) information when you browse our website or use our apps. This might include your IP (internet protocol) address, and device identification information.
How do we use personal information?
All personal information you provide is used to personalize the content you receive from our services and improve your user experience, as well as to set up your account and administer it.
We might use information about your user behavior to promote specific content within the apps that we believe it might be relevant to you.
What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
With your consent, we may use the email address and / or display name you used to register for an app or service to deliver marketing communication and / or carry out promotions, polls and surveys.
You can update or revoke your consent at any time directly within the relevant app, under the “Settings” screen.
When do we share personal data?
As of the writing of this policy, we do not share any of your personal data with third parties.
However, please note that our apps might allow you to willfully (i.e. with your consent and at your discretion) share through social media some of the information you entered. We do not regulate and / or control how you share this information to the public.
Where do we store and process personal data?
Your personal data (email address) provided via our apps and services is stored in an encrypted format on our servers. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard techniques (e.g. HTTPS).
If you are a EU citizen, please keep in mind that when you give us personal information it could be transferred, stored or processed in a location outside the EEA.
How do we secure personal data?
Our systems are designed with your safety in mind and we take much care to secure your data using industry-standard processes and procedures.
However, since no system is completely secure, we encourage you to get in touch immediately if you suspect your information has been compromised (e.g. if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party).
How long do we keep your personal data for?
As a general principle, we will not keep your data for any longer than we need to.
When you close your account within our apps, we delete all related information within 7 days.
Unused free accounts (e.g. accounts which are not associated with a paid subscription) will be automatically closed after 6 months of inactivity and deleted within 7 days of closure. You will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the closure of the account.
Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your information
- Amend / correct your information
- Request that we use your information only for specific purposes
- Amend or terminate your consent to use your information for specific purposes
If you need a copy of the information we have on file, please contact us via our website or in-app.
Any modification to your personal information can be self-serviced via the in-app “Settings” menu, as can the modification of consent to use your information for specific purposes (e.g. marketing).
We will always try our best to fulfill the requests you send us, however please notice that at times we might not be able to do so, for instance if required by law, or if this prevents us from providing the service to you (e.g. termination of consent to use your email address to identify you as a user of a specific app).
Use of automated decision-making and profiling
Our apps rely on AI and related algorithms to provide the best user experience for you. This normally means recommending specific features or modes of operation which would be beneficial for you.
Our apps use proprietary technologies to analyze your behavior and recommend specific features and / or modes of operation. Sometimes, this is the main feature of the app and, as such, it cannot be disabled.
